Sales Policy

• 1. Every voucher is valid for the period of 3 years; any expired voucher will be deemed invalid.
• 2. Neither refundable nor redeemable for cash. If you cannot use it for any reason, you may nominate it to a friend or family to use it.
• 3. Upon the payment completion, your electronic voucher will be sent to your selected email address instantly. If you did not receive it, please check your email’s junk and spam boxes.
• 4. Siam Senses do not bear any responsibility for electronic delivery delays caused by malfunction or technical problem associated with customer’s email system if result in the untimely deliver of certificate e.g., spams, junk email and filtration setting of antivirus program etc.

If you lost your voucher, please email us at contact@siamsenses.com.au with the security detail using the following format.
• Purchaser’s full name, email address and mobile number.
• Recipient’s full name, email address and mobile number
• Date of purchase and your payment method, in-store, or website (online payment)
• Amount of your lost voucher.

We record the above security detail in assistance to locate and retrieve your lost voucher, however we cannot guarantee the success if these details cannot be communicated. And in the unlikely event that we cannot recover your lost voucher, we will not be held responsible for it.

For lost or stolen, gift card will be considered null and void, please ensure to take a photo of your certificate for reference purposes.

Usage Policy

• 1. Please quote your voucher number when making reservation. We cannot accept reservation without verifying your voucher and service detail.
• 2. Gift card is presentable at the time of redemption for each of electronic and physical version or full payment is applied.
  
  Due to the previous fraudulent case; we may ask to record your ID photo detail for the purpose of future validation.


• 3. You may redeem it for other service of different amount; the different cost is payable pre- service.
• 4. You can redeem it partially and as many times you may require until the voucher balance reach zero. Please ensure to keep your existing voucher number to check for the remaining balance.
• 5. By redeeming, you agree to pay for the price variation happening due to the service fee adjustment in the timeline discrepancy.
• 6. Gift certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any promotion or offer.
• 7. Gift card purchase is not entitled to any health fund claim, given that we will issue a claimable receipt at the time of redemption only.
